It works as intended to.
A doctor recommended I start taking magnesium after a major surgery. After reviewing brands offered on Amazon, I chose this one. It was easy to take and the exact dosage recommended for me. Best magnesium supplement that I've tried
I have restless leg syndrome which keeps me up at night - magnesium helps! And one of my doctors also recommended Magnesium Citrate for helping with digestive regularity. I have tried many brands, but Zahlers by far has worked the best for me. It's easy to swallow, reasonably priced, and very effective. I definitely recommend!
