Fast delivery and very elegent
Really late Christmas shopping this year. Always get my kids something in addition to a gift card. These delivered real quick and are good quality. So much I ordered another 4 buy 3 get 1 free. Well worth it. These would also male a good grieving gift. Thick not thin. Well buy again next year.

The round crystal is great, but don’t get the house-shaped one.
The round ones are great. But the house shaped one is very small and lighter compared to the round ones, yet both styles cost the same. The house style is not worth it and should be removed as an option.

House ornament is VERY TINY
I wish that I had looked at the reviews before ordering. While the quality of the ornament is satisfactory, the house ornament is REALLY SMALL and the picture inside is very hard to see. You have to hold it up to a backlight in order to see the photo inside. It is much smaller than it appears in the sales photo. I wouldn't order this item again. Glad I only bought one - definitely not worth the $39 I paid.

Happiness for Granddaughters
Our granddaughters were thrilled to see themselves in their own Christmas ornaments that captured a beautiful moment in their past year. Vendor also sent the ornaments very timely arriving ahead of schedule by a couple of days. A bit spendy, but worth the splurge!

Picture not as clear as I expected
The item arrived quickly, and given that I ordered VERY close to Christmas l, so I was pleased with that. Unfortunately, the clarity wasn’t what I hoped for. The picture I submitted was of good quality, so I hoped for a little more. I’m not saying don’t buy from this vendor, but I’m not saying I’m likely to order from them again, either.

Very clear picture
It was a great portrait and nice crystal. I think it would be helpful of you could choose sizes, the 40 dollar one was slightly smaller than I thought it would be but still beautiful. It was the size of a playing card cut in half. Nice gift to hang on tree though!

Top notch product
Was extremely pleased with my crystal ornament I purchased. When ordering online you never know what quality you are receiving. I used a picture of my parents anniversary. My mother was in tears when I presented it to her. My father passed away a few months ago, so this made it special to her. I highly recommend this product
