A: Yes, you would need a towel to dry it. After you are done washing your car, spray it on one section at a time and wipe/dry it off gently. Simple!

The package says to put it on while the car's wet. But... you can certainly try it dry and see what happens! I use this stuff all the time after washing / while drying. It's AWESOME.
