Yellow dots are present, but I can deal with that. The worst part is the poorly made tabs. They stick to the paper page that they came on, so it rips the page when you try to take them off. But guess what - they don't stick to the actual pages, essentially rendering them useless.The book did not have the QR code on the front cover, so that the product could be authenticated and registered. This - no free gift either!I've requested a replacement book. This is of terrible quality. Shame on you, AMA! Or Amazon, if this was shipped from some Mickey mouse distributor/printer.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered this book a few weeks ago, I was waiting to start a class for coding. In the coding course we have to tab the book. Well I put the first tab in the book and when I went to put the next tab in as directed the page did not exist. The book went from "Unlisted Procedures" on roman numeral page XV straight to the E/M section which didn't start on page one, but on page 7. It is missing the 17 pages in between, no medical terminology page, no Illustrated Anatomical page with Planes of the body. No Evaluation and Management Tables. And that was just the front of the book. Also all of the pages had these small yellow circles on them. I had to return it, now am going to have to wait for a new book to come in.

The book itself arrived new and sealed and has the yellow dots. My only complaint is that something is wrong with the included tabs. They are not peeling off the sheet right. Some of the paper is sticking to them or they are barley sticky at all. I have bought this book year after year and this is the first time I have had issues with the tabs. Maybe I got a bad set?

I recently received this book to update my 2019 version, but when I opened it up to the different pages where the codes are, there were yellow dots everywhere. I’m not sure what the dots are there for but it is a bit distracting when looking for codes. My 2019 version didn’t have this issue so I was very confused when I opened up this 2020 version. Is it on every book or just on mine?
