Handles higher frequencies excellent(trebles sound crisp). Lower frequencies (bass) are quite weak. If you find completely no bass from these it will be helpful to check your polarity

It's okey...you get what you paid for
Don't expect some life altering magic to your music. It is probably a few steps better than stock car speakers. Definitely would need an amp to get better results.

Please avoid this speakers if your plan to connect through amplifier
Zero starr if any....I bought four of this speakers 2 pairs to replace the stock on honda accord 2008 Worst speakers when connected to sony amplifier 4 channel distorted sound, no bass, already fixed and replaced stock donno what to do...stuck now need advice...

***Updated Review*** So, these speakers sound amazing. Nothing wrong with Sony after all. My problem was my old Samsung phone. It had terrible audio quality and now that I have upgraded to a Motorola with Dolby Atmos built in, it sounds way better. Even with the Dolby Atmos off, these still sound killer. Giving the speakers 5 stars now. *Original Review* Bought these to replace my stock speakers in my 2010 Honda Civic LX Coupe. Installation was easy. Make sure you get brackets that will support these speakers. Amazon stated "Fits: 2010 Honda Civic LX Coupe" but I had to drill screws into my doors/back dash to mount the speakers with the brackets. The sound is good but not very loud. I used an equalizer on my phone (PowerAmp) with my stock speakers and unfortunately still have to use it to make these speakers louder and add some mids and highs. There is some deep bass but at really low volumes. Once its cranked reasonably, it's gone but having the equalizer helps a lot. I should have spent a little more money on something else but since they were Sony's, a trusted brand, I thought I was doing the right thing. All in all, I think I could have stuck with my stock speakers but oh well these are staying in there.
