Nahttechniken kann man gut üben, allerdings reißen die Fäden häufiger aus. Er ist schwierig durch das Silikonpad durch zu ziehen und bedarf deutlichen Zug. Dann will man einen Knoten machen um die Wundränder zu adaptieren, aber der Faden reißt aus. Einen 5.0er konnten wir gleich wieder beiseite legen, er hielt den Kräften nicht stand. 3.0 hält vom Faden her.
