Disappointing because also reviewing now the old order, it was clearly mentioned that was meant to be "with foam". Well considering the long delivery time i had no energies to claim back and escalate but, you know.

A: The length of the full size XD 9 is about 8.5 inches.  The inside width of the Seahorse is about 9.5 inches.  You do the math.  The compact XD's will absolutely fit.

Bought to house a Warn winch remote control used on a farm utility vehicle. It is perfectly suitable for anything less than extreme/expeditionary conditions. A tough case offering excellent weather resistance and protection against bouncing around over rough terrain. Foam is easy to custom fit. Lots of color choices. This is a very well made case with sturdy, reinforced hinges. Found it at a very affordable price ($22). Equally important, it's made in the USA, providing jobs for our workers.
