Review: Calming effect helped me sleep - The taste might not be delicious but you get used to it, but i have some drops along with magnesium before sleeping and I used to have insomnia - the combination puts me into a very deep sleep and I'm sure this product had an effect on it. Just note that it stains... accidentally got some drops on my white bed sheets and they are not coming out despite using stain remover

A: Like the liquid, or packaging? The bottle is yellow. Lemon balm itself should be a brown color.
