I have been a loyal customer of Philips Hue since 2015, having bought over 15 devices from their range. Never had an issue until now. I recently purchased a set of Hue Play lights. While one works perfectly, the other keeps showing up as "unreachable" in the Hue app. What's frustrating is that this happens intermittently; sometimes it works just fine, and other times it goes AWOL even while functioning!As someone who understands technology and its quirks, I find this situation particularly disappointing. I'm now looking into how to activate the warranty for this unreliable unit. I would recommend potential buyers to consider their options carefully. While Philips Hue usually offers solid products, this experience has been a letdown.

Doesn't work at advertising, you will need a device to connect with TV to get the colors of the motion.
