Bad experience with the first purchase but amazing costumers care service!

They don't remove smell (especially fish). All my plastic containers, that were previously transparent, are now ~orangish.EDIT: After reading my comment they contacted me and showed interest in what happened. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered several packages of tablets (SPIN diamond) as a refund. I was satisfied with this new product. It is very good that they showed so much interest in a costumer satisfaction, it's a good company.
