Very very happy with my new utensils love them

I purchased this set for myself when I moved into my new apartment 3 weeks ago. When it came it was more gray than I was expecting but it was no big deal. I cook 2-3 times a day for my family so I was excited to use them. My issue now is they are extremely fragile. My whisk came apart the second time I used it. The glue completely gave away separating it in two pieces. Next, half the set has lost it's finishing already so the wood has become very rough and unpleasant to the touch. The worst issue I have experienced so far is that the oven mitt melted as I was taking a rack out of my air fryer. Smelled horrible and was an ever loving pain to scrub off once everything cooled. I am pretty disappointed with my purchase.

Beautiful beechwood handles . Soft non scratch silicone heads . I do write this review after I do use my set around five times now or maybe more. I’m really like how the set include everything you need in kitchen .Very strong silicon because most of the time my problem with the silicon with the heat becomes very soft and hard to use it but with this set I don’t have this problem. I love the handle because it’s woods because my old set with metal and always getting so hot. Love the quality and the finishing for the set with very good price $22 for 19 piece it’s really good deal. Thank you.

The black portion of the utensils is made out of silicon. It resists very well to heat. I did not try an open flame, but with very hot mashed potatoes, I had no issue whatsoever.The handle is made out of wood. It looks nice, but most importantly it is curved in the middle of the handle. This makes it very ergonomic and easy to hold. It is also non slippery, even with hands that are slippery due to cooking (butter, oil, etc...).The silicon "pan holding handles" (not sure what to call them - see pictures) are very useful. I was able to hold a pan that has very hot handles and not feel anything.There is a large number of devices, so the set is really quite complete.I recommend these cooking utensils. I already ordered a similar set (with different color) for my mom...
