My skin is dehydrated. I do a mixture of an Asian routine with face oils. That way I can hopefully max my results. I woke up with smaller pores and a clearer face.So far so good, I just need to give it time to see how it works long term.3/3/18 update: my pores have shrunk, redness almost gone, acne cleared up, and over all a nice glow to my skin.

After researching the benefits of sunflower oil, especially for more matured skin, I purchased this oil in July, 2018 for a hair and skin DIY project I wanted to try. I took a chance with the Maple Holistics brand, having never purchased from them before, and hoped I wouldn't be disappointed. In late August, I made my first batch of face cream, under eye oil and hair conditioner. What I immediately noticed was the how light (as in non greasy) the oil was and how easily it absorbed. For about a month, my hair and face routine was interrupted and I was not able to use my concoctions as faithfully as when I started. Thus the four rating. Now that I am back on schedule, perhaps the rating will go up. BTW, yes, I purchased this product with my own money and no, I received nothing free for my opinion.

I started an intense (several product steps) skin care regimen to maximize by skin's health and appearance. This sunflower oil was the first addition to said regime and I could not be more happy with the results. I use this oil as a first cleanser - I add a US quarter size amount in the palm of hands and massage my face with it for approximately 1 min, then use a second more traditional cleanser. It's is non-comedogenic, which means it does not have a tendency to cause blackheads/whiteheads and I can personally attest to not breaking out (my skin type is dry/normal and acne prone). Four stars only because it's a bit pricey for the amount you get. I'd reckon you can find a more affordable sunflower oil elsewhere.

I have been using this product for about 9 months. I use it to take off mascara and eye makeup. It has been the absolute best thing. It does not clog my pores and does not burn. It’s completely scent free and after removing makeup, followed by washing my face, it doesn’t leave an oily residue. I have tried so many different make up removers-mostly the pads and they burned my eyes so bad. Baby oil clogged my pores. This is absolutely the best product to meet my needs!

I bought this oil along with the sunflower oil and combined the two in a dropper bottle. I use it daily and it has helped my eczema on my scalp significantly. I read from online somewhere that the combination of these two oils showed marked improvement in eczema and I can testify that it has! I will be purchasing these two again when it's close to being done.
