Works better than another brand Pricey but good. Just a reminder to all When you order make sure in the order comments to request the order be shipped by UPS NOT the Post office. The order I am receiving today thru PO is arriving after I bought another gallon after this order. And UPS delivered it two before this order is arriving. I keep asking Amazon to allow us (as a Prime customer) to allow us to chose which delivery we want. ie; Post Office, Amazon Prime, Fed Ex or UPS or other. Prime keeps going up but the handoff to the POST OFFICE delays the delivery for up to a week. Sorry for the long note Hope this will post

Repeat customer here! Cannot wait to get another bottle on my garage self for peace of mind. Cannot explain what a life changer this is. Simple, easy, safe to use and keeps my family very safe. Sellers/delivery are prompt. We sprayed our sidewalks, driveway, and back patio prior to recent snow and ice storms. Not a bit of ice or slip which is great when I have two little boys who like to run right out the door....along with a couple mischievous dogs who I often have to chase! Highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  This product worked remarkably well for preventing snow build up on our driveway and sidewalk when applied to dry concrete the previous day. But not perfect - it didn't work on one newer section of driveway, and in an area that was already a little slushy from the previous storm it didn't work at all as a preventative. Maybe it helped melt some of the ice in those areas, but couldn't really tell.The product doesn't ship with an applicator, but my hand pump sprayer worked really well.One $50 bottle was enough to treat my driveway and most of the sidewalk around me on a corner lot. It's not more cost effective than using a good ol' shovel, but if you've got areas that you need to keep clear of snow and ice, and you won't be able to shovel it off promptly, this might be a good spot treatment.For my full review, see the attached video.

I purchased (2) 1-gallon jugs of this product ahead of a forecasted winter storm. The shipment arrived on time and in great condition. I have a very steep driveway that doesn’t get a lot of direct sunlight. The driveway is 20 years old. I applied the product to the entire driveway, 18 hours before the storm hit. I followed all directions and used a commercial-grade sprayer.The storm began as fine, wet snow with temps in the mid-20s. After a few hours the precipitation turned to very fine sleet. After 24 hours the storm passed. The total accumulation was 5 inches.Once I went out to clear the driveway, the top 4 inches were easy to remove with a plastic snow shovel. But that last inch was nothing but a sheet of ice. The temperature was 32° F at that time. I had to use a steel shovel to break up and clear that last inch. Some sections appeared to be glued to the driveway and required much more force to remove. This was not what I had hoped for.I wish this product had worked as advertised, but as it turned out in this case, was a wasted $120 investment. I do not typically write reviews on Amazon, but was compelled to do so after this experience. I have not contacted the manufacturer, but if they do not automatically respond after this review, I plan to do so. I will update this review accordingly, with any response/recourse from them.UPDATE:I sent an email to the company explaining my experience with their product and they apologized and were very quick to issue a full refund. They seemed genuinely concerned with my bad experience, and even offered to send me more of their product to apply more liberally the next time. I have yet to see another shipment, but I would still rate their customer service as excellent, nonetheless.

Not sure how much you have to spray but it’s not working properly

With a 2 gallon garden sprayer, I pre treated my sidewalk and it snowed overnight. Nothing stuck to the pavement where I pre treated. Easy to use, and as far as I can see; it works as advertised. I also needed it to be pet friendly, for my dog, and it is.

This product is great. It does exactly what it claims. I sprayed it on my concrete steps that were cleared off but the temp was still close to 30-35degrees F. Snow and ice came. I swept off the snow and it was clear underneath. My dog was able to go up and down the steps without slipping. It lasted a week and then I reapplied.
