I started taking 50mg daily,, but noticed no flush. I increased until I felt a flush at 200mg. This may be due to my previous history of using pre-workouts in the past that contained niacin. I love the flush, warming feeling, provides great energy. After the flush is gone, I notice that my hands and feet are getting cold. Best results when you rebound or exercise during use. After about an hour, I take activated charcoal to grab up any toxins that are released. Sometimes I can still feel the effects of the Niacin later, like an after burn or itchy feeling. I work at a desk 8 hours a day and since taking this product, I have gotten the strong inclination and energy/ focus to stand at my desk. I prop up my keyboard n mouse and stand 4 to 5 hours of my workday. Update 2/27/2018: Today I Took the Niacin and got the urge to walk up 10 flights of stairs. Great energy, great burn. Be sure to stay well hydrated when taking niacin. Since it relaxes and dilates the blood vessels, if you are dehydrated you BP may drop leading to dizziness.
