My husband went into the hospital Christmas Eve and signed himself out to be home Christmas Day. He actually got choked up when he realized what this gift was. I had a pillow of his pup Dudley made as we lost him during the summer due to a freak accident. It was extremely difficult for us to say goodbye. Sadly my husband went back into the hospital the next day but he made sure I packed this pillow to keep him company as visitors were not allowed to visit because of Covid. Him and his Dudley stayed in the hospital for 45 days! If you have lost a pet, this is a great way to remember them and have them around. Very pleased with the quality and size. Ended up getting another for my brother who lost his kitty.

The cropping was a little strange, I wish I had requested just a crop of her head and shoulders, but I still love it. I keep it on my bed as a reminder of my sweet girl who I lost in October 2019. I had almost spent a couple hundred dollars on a CuddleClone but worried it wouldn't look anything like my Bailey. So I went with this photo printed pillow instead and I'm happy with it.

The photo I submitted is of a grey and white Bishon dog with brown eyes and pink bows above her ears. The pillow I got looks as if my submitted photo was of a dog with a black head, white legs, and pink bows. No grey, no brown, the contrast in my photo is gone. The dogs eyes are barely visible, the face mostly looks like a solid black blob. I suppose I had an expectation based on the example photos in the listing- what I got does not look like them. But it’s still overall a cute pillow and I am going to give it as a gift. Pluses because the price was reasonable and the pillow itself well constructed, plus the fabric is nice and soft. Use a photo that is lighter than you need if you order this product.

May I suggest a head only, or a side view. Look for purportion on how it may come out. I love the face on my pillow, but the lower half I have to consider the photo. The thing is with my dog, I loved her ears so much, I took a lot of front on pics of her face and she has a wonderful big nose too.Rose passed 1/15/23. We miss her It's nice to see her big smile. On 08/20/2023, I ordered the 20” double-sided custom pillow of a friend’s cat who passed away recently. Today is 09/05/2023, and I just received the pillow. I was so excited to get it but am completely disappointed at how it looks. It’s barely a cutout. It has a thick white border around it, and the picture of the cat looks creepy. The cat is so cute in the original photo so I’m surprised how bad the pillow looks. I’m embarrassed to give this as a gift! I do not recommend this.
