The Mysterious Benedict Society and the Riddle of the Ages

This is a book. It is good.

Very well written. My children really enjoy the series.

My daughter was OBSESSED with Harry Potter and I am always on the lookout for a great series that will hold her attention in the same way. The Mysterious Benedict Society series is her latest obsession and I am so glad we found the series. I have read much of it along with her and really enjoy the smart, quirky characters. It's great for kids to identify with characters that struggle and prevail, have hopes and fears and basically show them that it's okay to beat to your own drum and while life can be hard and scary, if you push through and find good friends, you will prevail. We will definitely keep buying books from this author and have thoroughly enjoyed everything we've read thus far.
