Use with Taxol
I got this to avoid the potential side effect of neuropathy while receiving Taxol—so far no tingling! The gloves are good quality and easy to use. The nurses tell me that other patients sunk their hands in a basin of ice water. They’ve commented on how the gloves are a better approach. I recommend.

Excellent product, efficient and stays cold.
I’m SO happy these cold therapy gloves earlier than anticipated! I ordered these for the start of my second part of chemo treatment on Taxol. I use the gloves today during treatment and they stayed freezing cold for almost an hour. So cold that It was hard to keep my hands I them. They are small which fit my hands perfectly. I tired these as opposed to others cause they have two ice packs in each glove with a lining in it so your hands aren’t on the ice socks themselves .the quality it’s great. I’d highly recommend these, especially for the price. The staff all complimented on them as well.

Great for Chemo Treatments!
I bought these to use during my Taxol Chemo treatments. They are really great! The gloves and ice packs are well made and good quality. Easy to use and comfortable. I keep them in a cooling lunch bag for hours through labs, appts, and pre meds and they still last for an hour once I take them out when my chemo iv starts. I bought cooling socks from a different company and they’re not so good. Please make cooling socks! I’d definitely buy these again!

Very well made
I bought these for my chemo treatments to try and prevent neuropathy. The neoprene is nice and thick so your hands don't too cold. I like that only the ice packs go in the freezer and then they slide into separate pockets on either side of the gloves. I finished my treatments without signs of neuropathy so they seem to work well.

Keeps hands Cold
I bought Healthy Hands Hand Ice Pack wraps to use with chemo therapy to prevent Neuropathy of the hands. Treatment lasts approximately 1 hour. The ice packs lasts about 20 - 30 minutes. It is very cold throughout the 20 to 30 minutes and at times I have to remove my hands because they are numb. I bought extra ice packs to keep my hands cold throughout the 1 hour treatment and have been very happy with the product. I can form it to my hands to ensure all parts of my hand receives the cold therapy throughout the chemo treatment.

The best solution out there; I got some good hand pain relief. Satisfied with my purchase.
These mitts are obviously the best solution out there if you have hand pain. They are well-crafted from quality materials. They feel nice against the skin. The gel packs are shaped to fit the mitts. There's a gel pack on both sides of your hand. Each gel pack has its own pocket, and then your hand goes in the middle, protected by soft cloth on both sides of your hand. The gel packs are in soft pouches that seem somewhat flexible after a few minutes out of the freezer (unlike the typical ones that stay more rigid). They cover your entire hand, and for some, part or all of your wrist depending on how long your fingers are. Possible "cons": They come out of the freezer fairly rigid and it's initially a little hard to wiggle your hand inside, although they become more flexible after a few minutes. You need to freeze the whole shebang together with the gel packs already inside the mitts, because it can be a little difficult to get a frozen gel pack inside the mitt. It would be good if they made the flaps maybe half an inch longer to cover the ends of the gel packs more securely. The all-around coolness is great, but if you have really bad pain in your fingers you're going to want to hold the mitt with your other hand against your fingers to get the maximum coolness right where it hurts. Might be good to have a band of some kind to wrap around the finger part. A couple of good points: I put mine in the freezer for just one hour (usually takes around 5 hours they say) and the one hour made them moderately cool and I got some good relief right away. If you only have one hand that hurts, then you can have a second round with the other mitt later. You can also lay them on top of your forehead for a headache; these are heavy enough to stay put if you're lying down. And if you have a hurt on your knee you can simply lay your hand with the mitt on your knee and it does double duty, cooling both hand and knee. There is nothing else on the market that remotely compares with these mitts, and I highly recommend them. I got the smaller size because my hands are small/medium and there's plenty of room. They cost a lot, but if you have hand pain you will be satisfied with them.

Very good item worth every penny
They are big in size I’ve got a big hand and XL fit good , a bit loose so don’t worry if you have a big hand. For a woman the small would fit about any woman. The gel pack is thick so it lasts quite a while. Very good item

LOVE them.
They come out of the freezer a bit stiff, but turns out that's a bonus. Stick your hand between two solid, lumpy bags, you don't get a lot of skin contact, but you don't want it. Those tiny pockets of air get down to temp soon enough and it makes a nice gradual chill. And yeah... can't imagine keeping one on for more than 4-5 minutes when they're fresh. No need for frostbite. So they last so very long, cycle on/off and as the bags warm, the cycles get longer.Pro tip: Stick your hand in the glove, put the glove between the couch and a pillow. Adds some compression, and insulates the glove making it last forever. I forgot one under that pillow and it was usable hours later.Solid option for extended cold therapy.

Comfortable and good
I like the materials and how comfy it is when wear. It is freezing cold when wear it after putting inside the freezer for overnight. The temperature drop quite fast and it last only like an hour. I did not use it immediately but after travel for like 2 hours before I use them. I bought the extra cool pack, but just noticed that the extra pack has a much larger size compare to the cool pack inside the gloves. I have to squeeze the big cool pack in. Will be good if there is an indication on the same size of the cool pack.
