These really are the longest lasting batteries. I bought the top of the line Duracell and the crapped out quickly. These are still going. Expensive but worth it.

I am pleased with the price of these batteries on Amazon. This is the best price I could find anywhere online. Battery capacity/life is not as long as the manufacturer advertises. They are required to fit my Blink System,so I must have them. Not Amazon's problem.

Tired of turning on almost any tiny, cheap flashlight and nothing happens? Then open it up and find white dust and corrosion on the standard alkaline batteries and either 20 minutes to clean and rebuild it or toss it out? And what about that costly old Sony short wave radio - not good to corrode its insides either. These ULTIMATE batteries are superb - at least so far. About 20 year shelf life, "never leak" and ruin the thing they power, maybe 50% more power than other good options, a little brighter light and more reliable - perhaps due to the 1.5-1.8 volts which is higher than other batteries. Supposedly they use a chemistry that does not tend to "runaway" heating; it also works to -40 degrees. After a year or more: no problems. Well...ONE: my older DYMO label machine has a circuit that locks up at the slightly higher voltage and mine actually was wrecked; I now see it said "NiMH only" 0n the device. Copilot AI said this is a known exception to a usually excellent record for these ULTIMATE LITHIUM batteries. ALSO: Buy real ones...there are reports of inferior fakes.

These lithium batteries are terrific. I use it primarily for my single battery electric toothbrush. An alkaline battery works great for about a week, then it dies off slowly and becomes an annoyance to use rather than a useful hygiene device. With these lithium batteries, that single battery toothbrush runs with real vigor, and it is long lasting too. It provides high power to the toothbrush, but when it comes to the end of its useful service life, it predictably becomes a “door nail.” Hah! I also use these in my portable foil shaver, it makes it run very fast, fast enough where the oscillating blade chops though any amount of whiskers poking through the foil shaver screen, rather than grabbing and hanging up like lesser batteries. There is no end to usefulness for these batteries. Once you go lithium, you’ll never go back to alkaline! Terrific product!

There was a particularly good deal on theseEnergizer Ultimate Lithium batteries at the time I ordered them. I was hoping I'd be receiving a good batch, as some reviewers have apparently been less fortunate. Upon receipt, I immediately tested one of the 4-packs within one of the 24-packs I'd received. All 4 individual batteries tested very good, the top-level reading on my high-end battery tester (that does load-tests on each battery, not just apparent charge). I will entertain a hopeful outlook that this will be consistent throughout both boxes. (I always test them before inserting into any device, so I'll gradually find out.). Assuming I've received good ones to start with, I won't worry about them sitting and waiting to be used, as this type of battery holds its charge very well. (This is always the brand and type of battery I use in almost every device.) Fingers crossed!

The first set of 12 in this order were great. My next order - over 50% did not work... Junk. Will not buy again. This was the BAD Battery order... Will not buy again.

I think these are without a doubt, the best AA batteries you can buy, even though they are pricey. They have a crazy long shelf life, are much lighter than normal alkaline batteries and most importantly, have higher output/life than alkalines. The thing I like best about them is that they cannot leak acid out and ruin/damage the battery contacts of whatever device you have them in! That is a great advantage in my opinion and makes these more or less mandatory for any "important" device you have. I don't know how many times I've had regular alkalines in something and come back after some length of time and find one or more of them oozing white crusty acidic material and have corroded the battery tray contacts. These lithiums won't do that! Since they're lighter than alkalines, that's always helpful for whatever device you use them in since weight usually matters, if it is something portable. These batteries also last a lot longer than alkalines and so are great for things that are in hard-to-reach places (smoke detectors, temperature sensors, thermostats, etc.) that you don't want to be changing batteries frequently. They are pricey compared to bulk alkalines and if you are burning through batteries, these might not be justified, but if you have anything important you want to power, I'd highly recommend these. You won't be disappointed.

Best batteries out there hands down at a good price

I get these batteries for my game cams. I load them in the camera in November and they are still working early spring. There are 8 batteries / camera. The temperature over the winter drops well below freezing at an elevation greater than a mile high. They are the only batteries that have lasted over the cold winter.
