Hanger Retriever Pole with Hook 5Ft.

I put a second closet rod above my existing one for more closet space. I have been since been using this pole every day. I put the clothes I have already worn up there after the wash so I can see what I need to try on and wear or donate. It is sturdy enough for my purpose; retrieving and hanging blouses and jackets.

This is so handy since we doubled our closet with high and low rods. Very easy for a shorter person to hang the clothes on the high rod now.

After buying a few cheap retrievers, we decided to try this one. It’s perfect! Our closets are 14’ high and we have clothes racks way up there! This retriever works perfectly!

We have front loading washer and dryer with control buttons on front which are OVERLY sensitive. And with having to hang certain damp clothes on rod above them we were constantly setting off buttons. Finally found this helpful tool which is a substantial piece of metal which is well designed and won’t bend or break. Well packaged and arrived in pristine condition. Definitely worth the money.

I bought this hook after reading how so many other brands were defective or not sturdy. This one arrived completely broken - there were no threads on one part of the pole to be able to connect it to the other part, and you can tell where part of it had broken off. Very disappointed.

I had been looking all over for a decent hanger hook that could handle the weight of my clothes and reach the height in my closet. The ones on eBay were a joke and cost more than I wanted to pay. This works great, can take the weight, and gives me full access to the upper portion of my closet. The only downside for me is that the handle is 2 pieces and sometimes the thumbscrew comes loose and has to be re-tightened. Otherwise a great product.

The product works fine for what I need it for. However it’s a bit wobbly, and I can’t tighten it anymore than it already is. But it does work.

I have a very small and very tall closet with a clothing rod way up high. This sturdy pole allows me to put clothing up and take it down. It is all metal, sturdy, and well made.
