This camera is great.It's very easy to set up and use! Download the Kami app.You can view the camera from your phone when you're out and about for piece of mind. The images are very clear.You can sign up to use the cloud storage but it's not essential.It sends an alert to your phone with a 6 second video of what it's picked up on the motion detect which is great.It's a nice size too.The sound quality is great too! You can hear voices very clearly.

WARNING : Software is very bad indeed, adverts everytime I open it. This has changed in recent times. Im at point where going to throw them all in the rubbish and purchase something else. I have Kami and YI devices and disgusted by these Companies. Cheap Yes, get what you pay for, Companies that has Zero professionalism. Very unhappy customer with these manufacturers. Waste of money.

We bought two to keep an eye on the dog when we’re out. He was fine and they were worth buying for the reassurance. No need for a subscription, it records to an sd card, although I’m not sure why you’d want to. Good lines of sight and sound quality. Can be hilarious watching your dog look around if you speak to him through it!

Not as clear as described, even in normal light condition. A bit dissapointed by the limited view (I was hoping for a wider overall view). Also, unless I missed this function, I cannot find the two-ways interaction mic. Please advise. Otherwise good value for the price.

I've wanted to buy a camera that I can view over wifi, in the case someone is attempting to break in to my house, I have video evidence of them doing so.And additionally, hopefully, a security camera there may deter any antisocial activities.Now onto the actual camera. The picture quality is great, I'm not sure what resolution, but I can quite clearly see things in the video feed. And it's live. So when the motion capture detects anything, you are alerted, and a brief snapshot of the motion detected is saved in the cloud.I quite like that, since, you're able to run through specific moments instead of viewing hours of footage.It also has an inbuilt microphone so you can open a two way audio communication with anyone where the camera is. I'm not sure when this might be useful but it's pretty cool.The only negative that I can think of for this product is that, to further your cloud storage, the company tries to entice you into paying a monthly subscription for it. I would prefer the use the expandable storage and have footage saved locally as opposed to in the cloud.

Do NOT purchase. The app constantly bombards you with advertisements making the cameras virtually unusable. The only way to remove the ads it to subscribe to their cloud service. In my opinion the cloud service is not required if you use SD cards in the cameras. Worked great at first but now I intend to scrap them.

This device seems to have a narrower field of view compared with the previous YI branded parts I have. It also seems to have a 'coded' USB lead so cannot be used with longer generic leads which makes it impossible to install if there is no power outlet within 2m.Although it works fine within the YI Home app for remote viewing on a phone or tablet you need to install a separate Alexa skill (Kami) to access it on Alexa enabled devices - the YI skill cannot find it.

I was afraid to buy it bc of some bad reviews but no way . It is very good camera ever, cheap, easy to install, good quality of images and you can go back to the first day .
