Good gear, poor packaging
Equipment came quickly and works well. However, the two units weren't shipped in factory Ubiquiti boxes. The reflector pans, radios, brackets and all other parts were loosely packed in a rather flimsy cardboard box with insufficient packing material. One of the reflector pans was slightly bent in shipping but easily put back into shape.

they died after 1 year of operation
1 dish stopped working after 1 year. It wont RX wireless signal anymore. I need 1 dish replacement but have to trash can both of them. i put the old Ubiquity AirGrid back and they it still work after 4 years of operation.
