Hand Mixer Electric, Elechomes Kitchen Handheld Mixers with 5-speed 300w Turbo with Storage Base and 5 Stainless Steel Attachments(2 Beaters, 2 Dough Hooks and 1 Whisk)

I've had this mixer for a few months now, and I knew immediately I was going to like it. I had a KitchenAid hand held mixer for over 25 years and it finally died. It wasn't able to mix cookie dough anymore. This mixer goes through thick cookie dough very well. and exceeded my expectations. Compared to my old mixer it has many more and faster speed options as well. I like the stand that comes with it as well. Some have complained that the stand doesn't have enough holes for all the attachments, but that doesn't bother me at all. The extra attachment that I'll never use I just put in the drawer with the rest of my kitchen utensils.

I use both hand and stand mixers a lot and am quite picky about hand mixers. I have had ones that had no power and had ones that started off too fast and splattered whatever I was mixing all over the place. This mixer has heft to it which I like, but is easy to handle. It starts off slowly and what I really like is the turbo button where you can give each speed a little boost if you need it just when you need it. I also like the stand for it. It is a good buy for the money.

I've never had a kitchen mixer before of the hand held type. I bought it to mix-up the almond butter I get at the big box club where the oil separates from the almond butter and floats on top and the butter part is hard and impossible to mix by hand. The spiral screw attachment seems to work wonderfully for mixing the almond butter and also peanut butter however the attachment could be about three inched longer to reach the bottom of the jar, and that would have been nice. The mixer though seems to be well made and works OK in my opinion.

I love that the parts for the mixer are stored with it, so there is no having to look around for the parts when I get ready to use it! What a time saver!

Just received this mixer. Very nice overall. Whipped up a chocolate cake and never got out of the #1 (lowest) power. The base only holds four attachments but comes with five items. I put the whisk attachment in the kitchen drawer with other such kitchen articles. Not enough inconvenience to knock off a star. So I give it five stars. I noticed it's made in China but is imported to the USA and also to Germany. I found that interesting. Anyway another nice feature is no center post in the beaters. That makes the beaters very easy to clean without diminishing their effectiveness. Also, I searched the internet and Amazon for a number of days before deciding on this mixer. Excellent reviews and high value convinced me to purchase this Elechomes mixer.

Update: The seller saw my review and contacted me shortly after. They sent a free replacement and the replacement works great. Excellent customer service. I've updated my review to 5 stars.I really liked the design and thought the storage stand was a great idea. However, there were a couple of problems that made this a poor purchase: 1. The storage stand only has places for 4 attachments, even though there are 5 attachments. Silly that this wasn't considered. 2. My mixer came defective and speeds 3 and 4 would stop while mixing. It seems like there is a short in the speed knob because it will stop and start inconsistently (mostly stop) while using those speeds. Speeds 1,2, and 5 work great, but that's not very helpful. Already initiated the return.

This has been one of my best purchases. I was a little worried, but it has exceeded my expectations. It is a great hand mixer. I love all the attachments, but I haven’t used it for bread yet. It’s great quality, and the attachments are truly stainless steel, which I am happy about. It’s a great buy, especially for the price. I love how small it is since I live in a small place.
