First one broke within 10 days. Second one broke in 4. Both times massager kept flashing purple. Instructions manual had no answers for a flashing purple and it wouldn't turn on. I purchased product with my PRIME membership and the seller charged me a restocking fee to return the broken item...TWICE! Yes easy to use and breaks east as well. Dont waste your money or time! Sounds like they restocked both massagers that I returned!

I found the item to be underpowered. The ball attachment was not smooth and super rough and uncomfortable on the skin. I returned it. The return process was a hassle. Amazon took care of the issue with the return, but I encourage you to think twice if you are considering

This massage gun is on the more basic side of things and my review will be based on what it does compared to what it says it does and not the features it does not have nor will my rating be based on comparisons to more expensive massage guns with more features.Pros--Comes with a nice case that has a hard cover and stores the device and the attachments-It is smaller than a lot of competitor massagers-It is very quite and is definitely one of the most quite massage guns that I have used-Simple to use. You turn it on. Press one button to get it massaging, press it again to turn up speed, press it a third time to get its max speed. Press it a 4th time to stop massaging.-Lightweight - which makes it easier to massage and useCons--Does not come with many attachments. There are some attachments that I like that are not included-Does not have a battery life indicator. Not a deal breaker but would be nice to have.-Only has 3 speeds. Not a deal breaker as the speeds do enough for me but others have much more variation.Overall, it is a solid basic gun. Really light and quite. Really easy to use. Does not have a ton of features but definitely gets the job done.

This is a good quality gun that runs quietly and feels good in the hand with a good balance of heft, without fatiguing your wrist and hand. This gun is sized between the small "mini" guns and the large form factor guns--a "mid-sized" massage gun, if you will. Some reviewers have said it is under-powered, but I have to disagree. I was not able to get the gun to stall despite firm pressure on larger-sized patients of mine. These massage guns are tools, and as such, you need to pick the right tool for the job. The large framed guns are better suited to large patients, while the mini sized guns are better suited for small adults or children/teenagers. This mid-sized gun is perfect for your "average-sized" adults, it's relatively light weight and I find it more comfortable to use regularly throughout the day because of this.As you can see below, this gun comes with everything I consider a must for a descent quality massage gun. The only real complaint I have is that it only comes with 4 tool heads, but this is not a serious issue for me and my work, which is why I still gave it 4 stars.The mark of a descent gun is whether or not it has the following features--and this massage gun has most of these:- A CASE: this is a must for anyone who needs to use the gun on a regular basis, or to transport it- GOOD BATTERY LIFE: this gun comes with a 2000mah battery which easily lasts me all day. I try to always charge up all of our portable electronics each night, but even skipping a night, I haven't run out of charge while using this gun for the last several weeks.- TOOL ATTACHMENT VARIETY: The better gun kits come with 5-8 attachments, which I feel is enough to address any location a trigger point can form. This kit comes with 4, which is not a deal killer.- POWER CHARGER: believe it or not, some guns only come with a USB cord to charge the gun. This is a cost savings solution as the manufacturer doesn't have to supply the actual wall charger. This gun however does come with a wall charger.- VARIABLE SPEED CONTROL: it really does make a difference in being able to adjust the speed, as the higher the speed, often times will make the massage effect more intense. This gun has 3 speed levels which I consider to be adequate.- BATTERY LEVEL INDICATOR: This gun only has a green/red LED on the bottom of the gun, green is enough charge to turn on, and red--time to connect the charger.As I said, this gun comes with most of these primary features, and at $89 (at the time of this review), is a fair value for the money. It has become my go to massage for the vast majority of my patients, simply because of the light-weight and mid-sized form factor.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this and used it once and now the hammer does not work. It shows full charge and shows this purple light then turns off. It does not work. I tired charging and pushing the button over to the different settings but the hammer does not turn on.
