Rather frustratingly for both units the rotating cap appears to have a fault, and this result in either the liquid not flowing through the spout or the liquid coming out around the cap. Either way, this makes a mess.This appears to be a design fault.True, it could be a "user operation fault", in which case both my wife and I achieve the same result...Whilst we have purchased Clorox before, we are unlikely to buy this type of bottle from Clorox again. Will most likely try other vendors.

The cover of this product has damaged after two uses. It is very loose and not good

I bought these during Black friday and it has a huge discount. I wondered why then during while I'm using it, the cap flew off in the toilet bowl while i"m pouring it.

Bottle leaks from the cap very easily, terrible design and dangerous as it will get on your hands, corrosive substance.

Cap should be designed correctly
