We like Source of Life gold so much we order it consistently, even though we now live internationally. Its that good. We prefer the liquid version, but my husband travels a lot for work and these are perfect for that. If you feel (like I pretty much did) that vitamins are all fairly the same, and don't make a big impact on your life, I urge you to try these! We are in our mid 30's and just "typical"..Im not a exercise fanatic, health food buff, or the like. But the quality of life these bring is well worth the cost. We wake with such refreshment despite our busy lives and long days, and have SO much more stamina. I used to be so worn out. Try for a month or so. If you don't feel different, simply quit...in my experience you will then notice the difference these make. And on a final note...I tried both this Gold version and the regular Source of Life..I prefer the gold. It made a difference just changing the version of the product. If you are on the fence..it costs under a dollar a day. A coffee out costs much more than that. Quality of life is worth it!
