Made of stainless steel. Good looking, Water resistant and size exactly as mentioned. I am using it as an Amulet but can be used for keeping pill, or even as an ash urn.The chain could have been better, I used another chain as I was not comfortable with Ball Chains. But overall the pendant is perfect.

100% waterproof, stylish, inside chamber is small had to cut 1 regular strength asprin in half but it fit and that's all you need to save your life .

I've had this for two and a half years now. I wear it constantly around my neck and I don't take it off in the shower and the Nitro has been absolutely fine in it. I lost it for a couple of weeks. I found it on the ground in my tire track. I park in this spot once or twice a week so I've been driving over it. It's been a particularly rainy couple of weeks. The Nitro is still fine inside and the case is not damaged. I need something better and the beaded neck chain for dog tags. I try to keep five aspirin on me in this case is far too small for that. It does however fit 8 Nitro. Sometimes they get stuck. You have to tap the case on something hard that may not always be the best for everyone especially in an emergency. I have not yet found a case that Nitro doesn't get stuck in unless it's the original bottle but that leaves a lot of space for the Nitro to bang around in and break up. Overall a good case sturdy and waterproof and if you don't fill it full you may do better with the pills sticking.
