Do you mean assembled? Yes it will stay assembled. As for floating no they do not float :) As for a comparison the Brick are high quality ABS plastic and made by Sluban who is either #1 or #2 in the China domestic market. In short this is a quality product and 194 pcs of fun!

They do not float, but it might sink :) Seriously this is not for use with water.
