Duplicate product (Use original previously same product)
Duplicate product they are selling. I use same product from India, but there was no issue and it was in Good quality. But this has low quality plastic. When I started using for steam (Fever reason) got very bad plastic smell.. I thought its new that's the reason. But I fill again water and did same way but result was worse then first time (Did many time, but same situation, I strongly believe they are sellijg refurbished coil and plastic for making this duplicate product.. Don't buy for your safety.. Cause I used started coughing more cause plastic smell and water become too dark cause plastic color desolve in that more and more.. I demand replacement.Adding some pictures to prove my statement, step by step pictures

First Usage
From the first use, the colour of the water turned dirty with rusty colour. Once the steam is coming out, along with it droplet of heated water also spraying out. if not careful it will burn your skin. Be careful.

Product is very useful But is received with Two pin plug pin which is not allowed to sell in the UAE as we have 3pin connection system.Product details is not clearIf I want to use what I have received I have to use multi pin adapter.Please update product details page so buyers will know what he will be getting.

Rusty Electrodes and Hot water splashing
I used this product earlier (back in India) and made a purchase again in the UAE, but it looks old and faulty. The Electrodes are rusted on arrival, and the water turns to Muddy color (Brownish Orange) in a minute. The dangerous part is that hot water drops get splashed on your face (water level was below max - at 3/4th). So, I planned a return.But then I filled the water again and switched it on for 5 minutes, then changed the water. Repeated this step 7-8 times. Even though the issue is not completely solved, at least the color changes are very minimal now. To avoid water getting splashed, keep the water level at 1/4th. That solved my issue. But the downside is you need to fill the water so often.Finally I decided to keep the product.

Very good for stram inhalation and face rejuvenation, although water remnant turns rusty but still it's ok
