Good content, but cheap paper
I'm a fan of Fumiko and I love her videos which have made a true difference to me. The videos tempted me to get a hard copy of her program, in order to give it as gifts to friends who are less into digital things...While the book content is good, and has great color pictures and clear instructions and tips, the actual paper quality doesn't do the price justice... it looks (and is) flimsy like a magazine. For a book like this I would have expected a thicker cover (and perhaps matte effect) - something to add to its actual value. As a result, giving this to friends as a gift makes it look cheap - the paper undervalues the quality of the content and that's a real shame.

Excellent book, full of easy to understand instructions, with lots of exercises, I have been using for only a couple of weeks and I can see a difference in my face. Really happy with this purchase. First FY book, I have seen where the instructions are so easy to understand and follow.

...the nurses at the flu clinic nearly refused me entry, as looking too young!
I have only skim-read this book so far and have done a few of the face exercises. I lack the determination to do them daily, which one should do for best results. I don't know if they have improved my face at all, but the nurses at the flu clinic nearly refused me entry, as looking too young!

STEP BY STEP PHOTOS, GOOD INFO
Really good book - expensive but truly easy to follow and there’re you tube videos of author showing how to do them and some extra exercises for frown lines on you tube. Been doing exercises for about 3 weeks so far, my eyes look brighter but still asymmetrical and my mouth still asymmetrical but my skin is more glowing. Complexion improving and some lines on forehead not so noticeable as 1st day on this course. Be aware you need to make time to do them - best results is do them twice a day. Some exercises I do more than twice a day especially my mouth, jaw, neck and forehead ( especially after stressful moments). Some exercises are funny which is great for laughs - de stressing and lift bad moods.

Nicely set out
Colour photos (not black and white as in some reviews so maybe it's been updated). Nicely set out. Good alternative exercises and some easy quickies for when you have a spare moment. seeing some results after a week of not very committed work (kept forgetting!).
