BAD QUALITY

The earbuds and case look really good, but the overall product design is lacking. Opening the case felt very difficult as the magnet is quite strong. The earbuds also kept hanging on to those magnets when trying to place them in the case. Sound is clear and good for voice but no bass for music. Also, the case was not charging.

Very bad and doesn't work properly

I purchased these TicPods through the Amazon refurb section and I have not been disappointed. They stated 'Used - like new' in the description and when they arrived they we're quite clearly unopened and unused. These earphones are fantastic and having them at such a discount is incredible value for money. Brilliant service and product

Ich besitze schon die TicPods free, aber die neuen TicPods 2 sind um Welten besser. Sie sind nicht nur kleiner, haben beim Klang auch noch eine Schippe drauf gelegt. Auch kann man die Kopfhörer inzwischen in der App konfigurieren, wie soll der Klang sein, das Verhalten, Updates etc. Auch wird dann hier, bei Verwendung der Ladezustand der einzelnen Kopfhörer und der Ladebox angezeigt. TOP!!!Da jetzt auch alles etwas mehr geschrumpft ist, passt das Case besser in die Hosentasche und ist unauffälliger. So soll es sein! Der Preis und die Leistung sind somit umschlagbar!

With them not having rubber ear bits I lost one within a couple of days.They never felt secure and as I only have one, I guess I can not return.

Earbuds wouldn't connect to Bluetooth. Sent them back the next day for a refund.
