Lots of valuable information!
The information in this book is of high quality. Only by testing it on our body can we give real feedback. In my case, I have applied practically all the principles contained in the book and I am really having great results. Also, it teaches us a new lifestyle, which can be maintained forever and I like that principle.

Good info, book in black and white though?
The book and all it’s images are black and white which makes me think it’s not an original copy? I had to highlight some of the graphs with a highlighter cause you can’t see that many different shades of gray lol it’s a bit pricey for it not to have colored pages…
