How do you adjust the date?

The nob you use to set the time is used to set the date as well. If you pull it out all the way, then push back in slightly, you should be able to set the time.

What powers this watch? Battery or kinetic?

Battery. I’ve had this watch for almost 10 years. I’ve had to take it to a jeweler about every other year to get a new battery.

Is this watch loud like the Timex watches?

This watch is not loud at all. I hear nothing.
