Great lesson book for intermediate bassoonists

Would 10/10 recommend for anyone trying to actually learn bassoon

Great edition of a great old book. According to various teachers this is the version to get, with the extra etudes and such. The only issue is that it's not spiral bound. I went to office max and had it done for under $5 (Staples does not have the tooling to chop the original binding out). Opens perfectly on a stand and there is plenty of margin space to get the spirals put in.

Would give it 5 stars if it was spiral bound. Otherwise, it's ok

Bought based on recommendation from Bassoon teacher, it is a great book to work in. My daughter is a high school student and this has been a great book for her to work out of

This was the book that my son's bassoon teacher told me to get. He's at the intermediate level. About ten dollars cheaper through Amazon than where she had told me to get it, so I was very satisfied with my purchase, esp. considering how much everything related to bassoons seem to cost.

Great beginning bassoon method book. Challenging but accessible.

its as challenging as you wish to make it...finish this before graduation high school and your gonna be awesome

Ho acquistato questo metodo più per curiosità ed anche perché volevo avere un metodo classico, storico. Certo, è piuttosto lontano dalla didattica più moderna, tuttavia Weissenborn non va mai sottovalutato, ha ancora qualcosa da dire.
