Five Ten Women's Freerider Contact Wms Bike Shoe

I know why EVERYONE and their mom wears these shoes. I really can't believe I rode flats for so long with running shoes. The switch to these was like the switch from my first low end mtb that I bought just to see if I even wanted to bike to my Orbea Occam. They really do make that big of a difference. The soles are sticky enough that your feet don't get bounced off the pedals when riding knarly roots and rocks yet you still have the freedom to just step off your bike. They are like being clipped in without the fear that the clip won't release when you need it to the most. Buy these shoes! If you are on the fence, I was for a long time cause I thought they were expensive, stop hesitating and level up your riding abilities! You will not regret it. Go up a half size from your regular sneaker size as these run a tad small.

I like these shoes. I prefer to ride in flats and, as a woman, 5 10 has the most options. There is a fit difference between the men's and women's shoes. My first pair of 5 10s were men's and the heel was big. These fit my foot better and definitely stay on my heel. They are comfortable and easy to walk in. I live in an urban environment and we have lots of single track here along the river but there are times that you have to get off of your bike and carry it up stairs or over a barrier. I do think these are slightly tight but I've only had them a couple of weeks so I probably still need to do some breaking in. I do wish they had straps to secure the laces.

I was encouraged by a friend to buy these shoes. He told me I would be upset I waited so long and they would change my world. He was right! They stick to the pedals more than I imagined they ever would. They are also great if you need to get off the bike and scale down any slick rock. Another great addition is that you can wear them to the pub, grocery store or any errand. Highly recommended.

These shoes do the job, only issue I have is my toes go numb after wearing them for a bit at DH parks.. Possibly purchased a size too small/big?

Great shoes, stick really well to pins on flat pedals. The only issue I had was on my first pair, the stitching started to come out on the front of one shoe after only 2 months. I'd purchased them thru another retailer, who gave me a refund. They are super comfortable and give increased confidence when riding, I rarely slip pedals anymore. For someone who doesn't want to ride clipless or just prefers flats, these are great shoes.

Fits good just one part of my little toe a little sore but since I'm not walking much in them just using them for riding they are fine. They stick to the peddles well and seems to work as expected. I need to use them more then I will have a better idea on how I like them after more usage.

Mtb shoes are a bit snug. I’m wearing them a lil looser and it’s working out well for downhills. Wouldn’t lounge around in these shoes anyway. They serve the purpose for trail use.

I bought these for my partner as I have the mens model and know just how good they are. Combined with a pedal like a DMR V12 or Nukeproof etc the grip is unparalleled. I am an Army MTB instructor and have put mine through the mill, don't get me wrong they aren't waterproof but combine them with a set of Sealskin or Porelle waterproof socks for winter riding and you're onto a winner.

Die Schuhe sind mega bequem, haben eine gute Passform und sehen auch echt hübsch aus. Der Halt auf den Pedals ist auch unschlagbar gut.Ich nutze die Schuhe zwar nicht so oft, jedoch finde ich, dass sie bisher alles problemlos mitgemacht haben. Mit der Qualität bin ich auch sehr zufrieden, bisher stelle ich noch keine offenen Nähte oder sich ablösende Teile fest.

Wie von five ten gewohnt. Sieht super aus, passt optimal. Wenn einmal Größe 39 passt, passt auch beim nächsten Mal.
