No *by A***R on January 25, 2016* Let me first start by saying we are not using this as a time clock, but rather as an electronic stamper. The unit works well for what we are using it for, but if I had to do it over, I would have chosen something different based on my conversations with support. Support has been generally helpful and responds to questions. Is this unit or support perfect? No, but the unit works for our use and support responds the same day and seems to try and help solve the issue. If using this as a time clock, you will be happy. If you want to use this as an electronic stamp, you need to have several conversations AT first to find the correct product for your application. Entering the text to be displayed means cycling through hex like code to input the character.
