I’m Impressed - everything they said about it is true
Quick delivery from the US, arrived 3 days quicker than expected. Ordered the smaller one for the 12” Gozney Roccbox pizza oven. I used the Detroit pizza recipe from “Alexandra cooks” did the par bake, then added the topping, The Pan worked perfectly the non stick was just that, and the ciabatta style pizza base just slid out. Just ordered another pan, so I can prep two at the same time for when friends come. So take that as a recommendation. Really is superb, (hyperbole over) thoroughly recommend this item. Takes some prep for the Detroit recipe but that is not the pans fault. Makes for a pleasant change to the Neapolitan pizzas. That Frico really is good!
