Laptop has problem with Motherboard
We tryed several operating systems. We re-installed Bios. Nothing helps. Contacted Dell Support, they confirmed it is MB problem. We want to return this asap.

Light and Fast
Great computer. Bought it because I had the same work computer, but it's smaller. I love it.

Great tablet
The design and function of this laptop is great. Only complaint is that if I’m charging it and decide to work on it at the same time, it becomes very hot. I had an apple air book before this and it was a bit bigger than this and didn’t get hot like this. My solutions was buying a pad to sit it on with additional fans to keep it cool. Works great other than that!

A trusty workhorse
This is my second laptop of this model. My first gave me 4 good years of heavy use. This version has an updated processor. I use it for online teaching and some Netflix. I have used it in tablet mode for Kindle app. I don't game so can't speak to that use.

Satisfied with seller service
Very much satisfied with the seller's service. The charger stopped working and I got the new within 2 days through seller. Technologically sound product.

good computer... bad camera
Just received unit. All appears to be in good order except the camera is bad. The image is clear at the top of the screen and gradually fuzzes to the bottom. One of the reasons I purchased this unit was to video conference, therefore, I have a problem. Also, the BIOS update is failing to install. But I have had this same issue with another Dell.
