Q: Can this be used to make waffles?

Yes, there are instructions on how to make waffles: add eggs and milk. I wasn't too happy with the results when I made the waffles. Just my personal preference.

Q: could you bake this in the oven in a sheet pan, and then cut into individual servings after baking??

The best results are to cook as individual pancakes This is a great mix but not intended to cook like breads in the oven.

1. Mix thoroughly with the listed amount of water and then wait a few minutes before pouring the batter on the griddle. The whey protein isolate needs time to work its magic :) 2.We've found a light hint of cooking spray works best for protein pancakes and prevents them from sticking. 3. Otherwise you run the risk of burning the outside and undercooking the inside. Remember, "slow and low" 4.Too thick, too thin or a little dry? Just tweak the amount of water you're adding to find your personal protein pancake sweet spot.
