Was so stoke to receive this to start testing out candles. Good thing I waited to purchase more of the items I needed to write a review. Everything was packaged well including the soy wax. One thing that I don’t like is advertising for something but not giving the correct amount. So you’re supposed to get 2 lbs of soy wax for this and as it turns out it is less than 2 lbs it’s closer to 1.5lbs of soy which may not have filled the 2 tins that was included luckily i purchased other soy before even beginning but to start out I was hoping this would have been the 2 lbs of soy. If you like false advertisement I’d say take your risk at the purchase everything else was there in the purchase… just remember can’t make candles without the soy tho. Yes they gave soy but again dont advertise for 2lbs and give something less.

Had a blast making candle for the first time with this kit....it may have created a monster :)

The media could not be loaded.  This candle lit does not include any scent, that must be purchased separately. I also used wood wicks instead of the provided wicks, but only because I love the sound of the crackle. Love that these included glue dots, labels, and boxes for gifting. Do need to purchase scent (optional) and thermometer. If including scent, also need to melt to a higher temperature to incorporate it well.

Although this kit had everything it claimed as a starter kit I was really shocked that there were no directions. I have never made candles before and since there is a thermometer how hot should the wax be before you pour it? How much dye should I use? How many drops of EO is recommended?? Yeah, nothing. It would get 5 stars if the 'starter" kit came with instructions for us folks trying something new.... Guess I'll be surfing You tube for candle making tips.

The media could not be loaded.  I love the packaging of the product . Everything was easy to make along with instructions . Only problem I have is the missing pop sickle sticks that were suppose to be included. Great product just make sure you all put the necessary items in the package box .

This product was great! I only gave it 4 stars because one of the oils spilt while in transit. However the packing was great overall. This was my first time making candles and this kit included everything for a really decent price. I made the candles an gave them away as gifts and everyone loved them. Cute tin, great smells! Loved everything about this kit!

Very easy to use but was missing multiple items. Package was missing glue dots, wicks, warning stickers, & stirring sticks, & wick holders.

There are no scents included which was okay, since I already had my own. Packaging was great. Tins are cute. Looks just like advertised.My concern is the wicks that are included. They are not the right wicks for the tin containers that are provided... they are suitable for 2-3 diameter melting containers. the size of the container is 3.5 diameter at the bottom. The wicks should have been for large melting diameter instead. Also, their products are FAR cheaper on their website - even with the exchange rate. Unfortunately they do not ship internationally at the moment.Otherwise is it a good product to try if you are interested in candle making

It's a great start for the beginner. It's easy to use.

I purchased 2 candle making kits. I'm partial to the competition..

I would not recommend. Very cheap and the wax was way to soft to use
