Ich habe ein neues Lieblingsmesser......Das Teil ist der Hammer, super verarbeitet und ultra scharf. Für den Preis ist es quasi unschlagbar. dazu habe ich mir noch ein Sägemesser auch aus dem Hause Victorinox gekauft, was übrigens auch ein Knaller ist. Klare Kaufempfehlung für alle die in der Gastro starten, egal ob Koch oder Küchenhilfe
