Q: Which one would I need on a 75 gallon tank ?

I run 2 660gph in a 16 gal biocube. My LFS has 1440gph in their 32 gal biocube. The flow is controllable so its better to have bigger and run lower flow then it would to have smaller and run on full flow IMO.

Q: Will this model work for my 150 gallon saltwater tank?

Yes it will work but you will need more than one. I have four on my 240, so bare minimum I would use two of them. It also depends what your keeping? If you have lots of sps and plan on sps and lps then go with four. They need 10 times the flow rate, of its softies and or fish only then you could probably do one. If you have lps and soft corals min of two.

Q: How can I order the back magnet piece alone?

I've always replaced the back magnets with better ones anyways , just to insure they don't move or slip . Buy stronger magnets, coat with rubber spray for softer texture and better look.

Q: Can I use 660gph on 50 gallon uniquarium? The living space on Uniquarium is 40 gallon because the wet and dry is built-in in the back

Yep, no problem. i use one in a regular 55 gallon. It’s completely adjustable and customizable so you can’t really go wrong. :)
