Great product and can see the result

I have been on weight loss medication that’s helped me lose anywhere between a pound to a pound and a half per week but they’ve caused horrible constipation. The weight loss was going fine for months until a few weeks ago when I plateaued. Here comes the TMI part Someone suggested I take this tea for the constipation and after taking it, rather than losing the pound and a half, I lost nearly 4 pounds that week. I totally recommend this tea. It tastes good and it’s effective. I do suggest you either take it at night and clear your schedule the next day or take it in the morning and hope you’re home in the evening. Good luck lol

VERY GOOD

This tea does a great job of regulating bowels. Daily in the morning is good. Just don't stay on it long term as it can stain the colon which can be seen on a colonoscopy. I rotate this with Colon Motility and Magnesium Citrate twice a day and it has been a game changer.

Worked better than anything else, including Golytey. Smooth, calmly, no cramps. If it continues to work, it's worth its weight in gold. I'm in awe!

I use this for all the right reasons I like it. I’ve been using it for years. Taste great let it steep. Read the directions. Use as directed suite let it deep for 10 minutes. Squeeze those teabags all the goodie out of them because that’s what’s inside. The tea should be kind of soupy looking. It’s good.
