One of the best
I know people like Metamucil, but this partially hydrolyzed guar gum is one of the best forms of soluble fiber I have found. It mixes in well and doesn't have an obnoxiously fake flavor. It is near flavorless, and the little flavor I taste reminds me of a bland cereal (that was probably fortified with fiber). More water = less flavor of this stuff too.
