Switched from razer to this and never looked back 10/10

Very good wireless keyboard, with some flaws ( I did not like)What could have been better:1) What I missed though was the num pad.2) Also, and the latency in typing was quite visibly slow, I am not sure if that was this piece or K8 itself was like that.3) Pinging sound was quite loud and irritating but, that could have been corrected, and I did not want to spend time doing that4) Height of the keyboard is too high and requires to float or use a wrist pad5) Above all to top it, they shipped me a wrong order so, had to return but, I would love to have it if it was not for the fixed switch's, num pad.What was Better:1) Excellent RGB brightness2) Size for travel and build quality (Superb)3) Packaging4) Bluetooth & MAC compatibility6) Value for Money choice7) Easy to clean between the keys even without removing key caps8) Very easy to MOD9) No other Keyboard with such good MAC compatibility10) Key spacing

The keybord is defective. With key "2" not working at all. How can I request a replacement?
