this product kept me comfortable during a long tripthe plug in and fan were not obstructivethe fan was a little noisy, but staying cool was worth it

First the good: It certainly will make you cooler. I'm in and out of a work truck all day and the first day I used this product the outside temp was 95 degrees F. I would have been sweating A LOT more without the air flow under and behind me. Anyone that is complaining that the air isn't actually cooled has forgotten that this product is $35. For the price, it works great.Now the bad: It isn't overly comfortable. It feels a little bit narrow to me - like you are perched on something not quite as secure as a normal car seat. I'm 6' 3" 225 lbs. so maybe for a smaller person they wouldn't get this same sensation. Next, the seat part of it is a little bit too short for my Tundra. The fan part that is supposed to hang down in the front kind of ends up sticking out because the edge of the seat extends a little bit under it. Third, the on/off control is in a bad location. It ends up being right under your leg/butt. They could have put it on the cord, or right in the center between your legs. Next, it seems to have two fan speeds but I couldn't tell the difference and I can't even tell if I have it on high or low because the little indicator light doesn't change either way. Last, I wish the holes that the air cam out extended higher on the back rest.Having said that, for $35 it is a great deal if it helps at all. And it helps more than a little. Buy it, you won't be sorry.

For large drivers, who would be the most likely buyer, it should be wider and then maybe not so uncomfortable. Cooled very well.

I have black leather seats and seating on them is like seating on a grill!This cushion works great, it's a little uncomfortable seating on it but it's better than seating on the HOT 🔥🔥Seat!I does not blow cold air like an AC unit if that's what you are expecting, it has a fan (which is on the front, on the part that hangs down in front of your seat) which takes the cold air circulating in the car when you have the AC on and blows it through little holes on the seat! If you have your windows down it will blow the air at the temperature that the inside of the car is at.One more thing, when unplugging it, make sure that the tip of the connector is tight, sometimes it comes loose and the parts fall out.Other than that IT WORKS! just don't expect to be seating on a piece of ice!
