We moved into this house without a garbage disposal almost a year ago. We had been using a stainless steel basket strainer with a prong and rubber stopper that the sink comes with. I was constantly cleaning food out of the sink and under the basket. Food was getting down the sink drain. My teenagers were not good about putting the basket in the right place. I bought these because they were rated well. And Boy do I love them!!!!! It is the perfect solution to my problem. The mini holes don't let food get through. It fits snug into the sink hole. It's easy to take off and dump food it catches into the garbage. Very Low cost for an easy fix! I couldn't be happier!

I really like these! They are very sturdy, look good, create a good seal so that junk is caught but water still drains and flows. I have one in my kitchen, one in an art studio sink, and one in the utility sink. So far they all fit fine and are holding up really well. Great replacement for those ugly rubber black ones!

pros - made well, sturdy, and the basket catches very small materials. also, fits well in the sink drains. used in a kitchen sink and a white tub style wash room sink.cons - hard to remove from drain since there is no handle on it, so to clean it and out from under the lip, you have to pull it out completely. i like a clean sink, so this happens here a lot, but that lip that holds it up in the drain can get cruddy and gross.i find them worth the money to keep drain from clogging and i kept them and am using them because they work really good. they even catch some larger coffee grinds.

Omg finally not a cheap product and well made USA! This are beautiful, sturdy. and shiney and you can tell it is made from quality materials. Thank you! Love it! It's the little things for moms and doing dishes and me being able to clean them without sharp edges pulling my dish scrubbies apart. ♡

Ordered these for my daughter and I also tried one, we both agree these drain strainers are wonderful! They look very attractive due to the shiny stainless steel, and they work great at catching particles of food etc. and are easy to clean. I ordered two more packages of 3 because we never want to have to be without them!
