Meguiar's Ultimate Paste Wax, 8 Oz

Used this wax a few times now and it always leaves the paint looking clean and deep. Goes on easy, wipes off without any streaks, and gives that glossy look right away. It also lasts longer than most waxes I’ve tried. Just solid stuff all around.

This wax is expensive but will save you money in two ways. First, it last a really long time. I put this on my car in August and I never got around to putting it on again. Then it started raining and snowing. It's seven month later (March) and it still looks good after sitting outside at the airport parking, salt covered and using drive through car washes (too cold to hand wash). Great lasting protection and shine. Totally dominates all other waxes. Meguiar's Gold is good but you have to reapply every three to four weeks. Second, you may never put this on your car again. It is a total B#*@&%!! to polish it. This is seriously hard to polish, seriously!!! I don't know if I have the will power to apply it again???

I was reading reviews of wax products and was surprised how highly rated this was. Had to try it, and discovered my new best wax product. This goes on easily, wipes off easily, leaves a durable shine that lasts for months (I typically wax every 3 months), and can even be applied in direct sunlight. Very effective, and even better - it's affordable!

I'm giving 4 stars because this is a quality product that meguiar's is known for. I cannot give it 5 stars only because I have not had the opportunity to use it fully for my vehicle and to test its hydrophobic properties and longevity. I will review again, or update my review once I have been able to complete the treatment and run the car through a few wash cycles to see how it holds up. I can confirm it got rid of the pesky oxidation spots I had on my hood. Was very pleased with that. I have some more work to do on some water spots that need to come up + different spots on door panels that I will test this product on. So far so good and again, we'll update when I have a more valid point.

Product is so creamy you don’t need hardly any elbow grease to remove to get that deep clean smooth shine.

My second purchase of this wax. Having applied three coats over the summer took my truck in to the following summer, through a winter season of snow and salt cover roads. Friends even asked me if I waxed my truck early this year. I said no that’s from last year. Wow he said and went out to buy some for his vehicle.
