Does the trick. A little cramping.
Quick and effective as advertised. Very easy and painless to insert. Causes some cramping and mild pain, which I think is unavoidable.

Wear thick underwear
Seemed to work within about 7 minutes. Not a complete emptying out, mind you, but relief. The next morning, I laid in bed having blissfully forgotten about any inserting that had happened the previous evening and I let out what I thought would be an innocent fart. I sharted myself. No, I will not be sharing a video or photo.

Summer time defect?
Undecided to give these three or four stars. Work very well. True, difficult to open. This seems unusual but it has happened to me several times, live in warm climate, that a part of the suppository is missing. However when I order well into winter months this does not seem to be present. Also whatever the brand best to keep refigerated. Certainly perserves solidness

Impossible to Open
It's virtually impossible to get the individual suppositories package open. I struggled for 10 minutes and was unsuccessful in getting one open. Even worse, some of them are not fully complete suppositories - parts are broken off.

The bullet is hollowed out
The media could not be loaded. Last couple of orders, the suppositories are hollowed out and less effective. Often broken in two as well. Quality control seems to be going down.
