SIgnificantly increased the duration for which I am comfortable standing at my desk as opposed to sitting. The edge is smooth enough I've had no issues with walking on and off when moving around. The feeling is soft and supportive without being too much so, although this may be an area that may be very dependent on each users personal preference.My only negative, having never tried a sit-stand mat before, is that to get the benefit this does seem to mean standing in socks or barefoot when at the desk.

Review is for the mat with the raised front edge.Purchased for use at home, so use it barefoot. The mat is spongy yet firm under the feet and provides excellent cushioning. Dimensions are also perfect (I have a 120x80cm desk and it tucks away nicely under when not in use).The raised front edge is the real selling point of this mat. It allows you to change standing stance, elevating one foot at a time and also great for stretching your calves whilst standing.However if you're on a budget, you can achieve the same effect by using a flat mat and just using a couple of yoga blocks at the front of the mat.

Die Matte wurde mit einem schimmeligen/chemischen Geruch geliefert. Ein Schimmelspray hat keine Abhilfe geleistet, die Matte dünstet weiter aus. Auch drei Tage Lüften auf dem Balkon hat nichts gebracht. Ich bekomme von dem Geruch Kopfschmerzen.Außerdem gibt die Matter zu sehr nach und mit der Zeit fühlt es sich an, als ob man wieder auf dem Boden steht. Das Füllmaterial ist schaumstoffartig und die Matte sehr hoch und nachgiebig. Sie wird leicht dreckig und alles bleibt an ihr haften. Mit Schlappen oder hohen Schuhen kann man nicht darauf stehen, da sie zu weich ist. Auch einen Stuhl oder Hocker unterstützt die der Matte nicht, da man darauf zu sehr schwimmt.

J'ai récemment investi dans un bureau assis-debout à mon domicile afin de pouvoir travailler également en position debout. Je ne vais pas revenir sur les bienfaits car j'ai mis du temps à me décider. Mais on m'a également conseillé d'acquérir un tapis de la sorte afin de pouvoir travailler debout mais que ça soit agréable de rester debout de longues heures... Reçu avant le bureau je l'ai gardé dans la boîte en me disant que ça paraissait un peu excessif... Et bien en fait c'est très agréable et confortable à utiliser. Je vous le recommande si vous avez ce type de configuration chez vous. Concernant, la marque et ce modèle précis je le trouve très qualitatif mais si c'est malgré tout un peu cher à mon goût. Bref, je recommande.

Die Matte stinkt bestialisch nach Chemie. Selbst nachdem sie Tage lang offen in einer Garage auslüften sollte kommt einem ein Chemie Gestank entgegen. Man bekommt Kopfschmerzen und es ist kaum auszuhalten!Ich rate von der Matte ab! Gesundheitsgefahr!
