As far as poignant for semi permanent makeup goes, I would say without a doubt this is one of the worst. It is thin and runny and although the initial color seems to settle where it's supposed to, the results fade quickly and are short-lived, at best. The packaging is nothing special, generic but sealed. A month later, this pigment had faded considerable and unevenly, even with the best aftercare.
